Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd., (RSA) is a small business enterprise (SBE) located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, providing surveying and mapping services since 1972.  Over the years, we have developed a professional management team capable of coordinating the efficient performance of increasingly complex surveying and mapping services.

Our team includes five (5) licensed surveyors supported by computer-aided design (CAD) and research technicians and as many as seven (7) survey field parties, each equipped with the most advanced instruments and software, enhanced with 3D High Definition Field Scanning, GPS and more recently a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Department.   RSA's SUE Department provides Quality Levels B,C, D, which further supplements the firm's capabilities.
