RSA is the prime consultant and contractor to Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) for providing surveying services.  We have performed well over 1,000 projects for NRHA within the past 20 years.  Included within the scope of services are the following:

• Execute acquisition surveys and prepare plats for recordation for properties acquired by NRHA;  
• Execute disposition surveys and prepare plats for recordation for properties being disposed of by NRHA;
• All field work associated with establishing boundary lines, easements, rights-of-way and topographic surveys;
• Prepare reports and legal descriptions.
