RSA was the prime subconsultant providing GPS, conventional, photogrammetric, boundary, route, topographic, base line and supplemental surveying services for the location and design of the entire 76-mile water pipeline route.
Project services include the following:
Preparation of base topographic mapping, acquisition and easement plats and detail cross-section surveys;
All Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying services related to geodetic control adjacent to the pipeline routes;
Placement and recovery of control monumentation;
All conventional, horizontal and vertical control surveying related to route location and determination;
All property right-of-way and utility research;
All acquisition platting (approximately 560 plats);
