RSA is the subconsultant providing surveying and mapping services associated with the design of a 2.6 route.  This 2.6-mile route will be part of the future Third Hampton Roads Crossing and will extend I-564 and freight rail lines from the current terminus to Norfolk International Terminals and Naval Station Norfolk.
