Rouse-Sirine Associates is the prime consultant and contractor to the City of Virginia Beach for providing surveying and mapping services.  RSA provides all conventional, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route, topographic, control, baseline and supplemental surveying services for the location and design of project improvements.  Scope of services include:

• Property and  utility research;
• Subsurface utility designation;
• Horizontal and vertical control surveys;
• Photogrammetric and topographic surveys;
• Property surveys;
• Wetland location surveys;
• Stream and drainage surveys; and
• Preparation of property and easement acquisition plats.
