Rouse-Sirine Associates is the prime consultant and contractor to the City of Suffolk for providing surveying and mapping services. RSA provides all conventional, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, route, boundary, topographic, control, baseline and supplemental surveying services for the location and design of project improvements. Scope of services include:
Property and utility research;
Subsurface utility designation;
Horizontal and vertical control surveys;
Photogrammetric and topographic surveys;
Property surveys;
Wetland location surveys;
Stream and drainage surveys; and
Preparation of property and easement acquisition plats.
